We are always looking for folks to help out at the Market and Community Gardens. If you are looking for an Internship or just looking for some way to help out in the community while having lots of fun, visit our Volunteer Page and sign up!
Visit the Peachtree City Farmer's Market at the Aberdeen Village Shopping Center on Wednesday and Saturdays from 9:00 - 1:00. We have more than 40 farmers and artisans that come out each week offering the freshest produce, homemade breads, jams, jellies, local honey, grass fed meats, goat cheese and so much more.
Be sure to come out and support your local farmers and artisans.
By buying locally grown food whenever possible you'll be helping preserve the environment, and you'll be strengthening your community by investing your food dollar close to home. Only 18 cents of every dollar, when buying at a large supermarket, go to the grower. 82 cents go to various unnecessary middlemen. Cut them out of the picture and buy your food directly from your local farmer.
